Shipping policy

Each order placed through our online store is personally prepared by our small team during our regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Orders are typically ready for shipment within 4–5 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

For shipments to the United States, we now fulfill orders directly through our U.S. distribution center. This allows our U.S. customers to receive their orders without being responsible for additional duties or taxes.

Please note that processing may take up to 15 business days when inventory needs to be coordinated through our U.S. facility.
